Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the tt11 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and tt11.

Section 1

Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tt11 platform ("tt11", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). By using the tt11.cam website and all services connected to it, you automatically agree to these Terms.

tt11 is an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. Our services include sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, and other entertainment activities. The platform is fully secured with SSL encryption and operates to ensure fair play.

Important: It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If any part of the Terms is unclear, please contact our live chat support before creating an account.

tt11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on tt11, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these requirements are not met, tt11 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.1 Age Requirements

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use tt11's services. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.

Warning: If it is established that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account and all its transactions will be immediately cancelled and any deposited funds will not be returned.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

tt11 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that online gaming is legal under the laws of their own country. tt11 may restrict access to the service from any prohibited jurisdiction.

2.3 Personal Eligibility

  • Each user may operate only one account.
  • Users must provide their genuine identity information.
  • tt11 employees and their immediate family members may not use this service.
  • Users must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions of their own accord.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To register on tt11, users must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, tt11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

  • A correct full name must be provided.
  • A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
  • The correct date of birth must be stated.
  • Details of the preferred payment method must be accurate.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tt11 may request identity verification from a user at any time. The following documents may be required for identity verification:

  • National ID (NID) or passport.
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Please note: tt11 will never ask for your password or full payment details. Any such request may be fraudulent.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on tt11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • The source of the deposit must be an account registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

tt11 takes between 10 and 45 minutes to process a withdrawal request. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used to deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • If an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
  • tt11 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
Withdrawal Time: Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 10-45 minutes. This time may increase under unusual circumstances.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request. Deposit transactions generally cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with any transaction, contact the support team immediately.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • The bonus must be claimed at the time of the first deposit.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).
  • The bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
  • The bonus may only be used once.
  • Claiming the bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.2 VIP Program

tt11's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on the user's activity:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be cancelled.
  • tt11 may change or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
  • Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
  • Another bonus may not be claimed while one is already active.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • tt11 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in the event of a rule violation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All betting activity on tt11 is conducted according to established rules. Users must read the rules of the relevant game or betting market carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • Bets may be placed on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments).
  • Some markets may close after a match has started.
  • tt11's decision on determining results is final.
  • If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.

6.3 Casino and Slots Games

tt11's casino and slots games are powered by technology from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.4 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, tt11 will settle the transaction according to the records saved in the system. This decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt11 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

Fraud-Related

  • Creating an account using a false identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Misusing the bonus system.
  • Depositing tainted or illegally obtained funds.
  • Money laundering activities.

Technical Violations

  • Using software or automation tools to play games.
  • Exploiting system bugs or glitches for advantage.
  • Participating in match fixing or result manipulation.
  • Attempting hacking or cyberattacks.
  • Granting account access to a third party.
Legal Action: tt11 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action in the event of any of the above violations.

Account Suspension & Closure

tt11 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If the terms and conditions are violated.
  • If fraud is suspected.
  • If identity verification is not completed.

  • For legal or regulatory reasons.
Important: If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the bonus funds and any disputed balance in that account may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

tt11 is not liable and will not provide any compensation in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by internet connection interruption.
  • Loss caused by hardware or software issues on the user's device.
  • Loss or delays caused by third parties.
  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or violation of the terms and conditions.
  • Financial loss resulting from the normal wins and losses of gaming or betting.
  • Temporary service disruption due to unforeseen technical errors.

tt11 always strives to maintain service quality through advanced technology and security measures. However, no platform can guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

Changes to Terms

tt11 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any changes to the terms, you may request to close your account.
